I'd originally inquired if there were depreciation benefits for a property and after providing some additional feedback, I got a positive response that there were benefits available to be claimed and so I engaged them to produce a depreciation report.

Handled completely online, I was presented with a very simple process and the tracker allows one to know where things have progressed through each of the stages. They were able to engage with my property manager and have the inspection scheduled and the report completed, before being emailed to me.
