The turnaround time in producing the report was incredibly quick and took just a couple of days. Most other companies in Australia don't actually undertake reports on overseas properties but Washington Brown were almost $500 cheaper than a competitor who had quoted to do the same work. read less

I'd originally inquired if there were depreciation benefits for a property and after providing some additional feedback, I got a positive response that there were benefits available to be claimed and so I engaged them to produce a depreciation report.
Handled completely online, I was presented with a very simple process and the tracker allows one to know where things have progressed through each of the stages. They were able to engage with my property manager and have the inspection scheduled and the report completed, before being emailed to me. A professional and easy to use detailed report, Washington Brown have done an excellent job and were a pleasure to deal with. read less
