The project comprises a 15 lot residential subdivision located in Glenmore Park, on Sydney’s outer western suburbs. The development includes the provision of water, sewerage and mains storm-water drainage to each lot, along with electrical and telecommunications supply. The site required extensive retaining walls and earth moving to provide for the proposed building platforms. The lots are serviced by a central roadway, with footpath and kerbing.

We have also being engaged during the construction phase to provide a full cost management and audit service to the financier and developer.
