The project is a mixed residential and commercial development in 4 blocks which consist of 223 residential units, commercial floorspace, health club (in Block E & F) and childcare centre (in Block D). The front blocks – Block C & D (close to Well Street) spread over 5 and 6 levels with 2 and 3 levels of basement carparking. The rear blocks – Block E & F spread over 6 and 7 levels with 2 levels of basement carparking. The commercial suites are located at lower ground, ground floor and first floor.
The units are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom which consist of a main bathroom, ensuite to main bed, laundry, large living areas with kitchen and balconies. The buildings are serviced by a passenger lifts and common stairwells to all levels.
The buildings are constructed on reinforced concrete ground and suspended slabs supported over load bearing brickwork and concrete columns to all levels. All windows are aluminium framed, and the buildings are concrete slab roof.

Washington Brown provided pre-contract cost planning service to the developer as well as a full Cost Management auditing service to the financier prior to works commencing.
Washington Brown is currently providing progress reporting, analysis on the builder’s claim, cashflow, contract review and full cost management advice during the construction stage.
