The proposed mixed use development consists of 223 sqm commercial space and 148 units spread over 14 levels plus 3 levels of basement carpark. The units consist of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, which includes a main bathroom, ensuite to main bed, laundry, large living areas with kitchen and balconies. The building is serviced by the passenger lifts and common stairwells to all levels.
Washington Brown’s Role:
Washington Brown provided pre-contract cost planning service to the developer as well as a full Cost Management auditing service to the financier during the construction phase.
We were instrumental in providing expert monthly auditing reporting to the financier on cost planning advice, value management, variation assessment, cash flow analysis and tender reviews.
Washington Brown worked to ensuring the builders maintained the lump sum contract price and the financiers / developer’s interests were maintained at all times.
