The project consists of 80 residential units, spread over 12 levels with basement carparking also on the lower level. All units are mixture of 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom units which consist of a main bathroom, ensuite to main bed (except 1 bedroom units), laundry, large living areas with kitchen and private terraces. Penthouses also comprise an additional plunge pool and WC in level 12.

The buildings are constructed on reinforced concrete ground, post tensioning suspended slabs and light weight construction to the walls. All windows are aluminium framed. The main building has a concrete roof slab and the common areas over level 1 has a concrete tile clad roof.

Washington Brown’s Role:

Washington Brown provided pre-contract cost planning service to the developer as well as a full Cost Management auditing service to the financier during the construction phase.

We were instrumental in providing expert monthly reporting to the financier on cost planning advice, value management, variation assessment, cash flow analysis and tender reviews.

Washington Brown worked to ensuring the builders maintained the lump sum contract price and the financiers / developer’s interests were maintained at all times.
