Background

Kristina joined Washington Brown in 2009 as Receptionist. As a shy 19 year old "greenhorn", Kristina set about to develop strong working relationships with those around her. In January 2011, Kristina took on the key role of Client Co-ordinator. This role requires customer's requirements to be either directly attended too or referred within the business to the appropriate knowledge centre. Constant customer communication in a professional manner is pivotal to this role.

She is supported by a strong family & friends base. Unfortunately she has little interest in sports - however has realised she needs to start in order to join in the conversation on Monday mornings.
