Development: Sub-division
The project comprises a 56 lot residential subdivision located in Berowra on Sydney's upper north shore. The project consists of 56 residential lots with central roadways and a community centre, playground, wetlands zone and a swimming pool. The site required full civil and services works to establish the required building platforms and provision of capped services to each lot. The houses have been constructed in stages in keeping with fluctuating market conditions.

Washington Brown has provided the initial budget estimating, cost planning and feasibility advice for our client in this pre-construction stage. We have then provided project cost monitoring for the funder throughout the various stages of construction.
