
Development: Sub-division
The project comprises a 43 lot residential subdivision located in Belvedere, approximately 80km south of Cairns. The development includes the provision of water, sewerage and mains storm-water drainage to each lot, along with electrical and telecommunications supply. There are over 600m of internal asphalt roadway, with roll kerb and guttering and footpaths to each road.
The subdivision included the provision of a central community park area with BBQ facilities and playground equipment.
