Development: Residential Unit Conversion
The project consists of the refurbishment and extension of a an existing disused building. The design is to accommodate for the construction of 50 new residential units, spread over 3 levels, with extensive external and landscaping works. The proposed design incorporates the existing building fabric and structure, with the partial demolition and redesign of the internal configuration to allow for the new units.

Washington Brown performed initial cost reporting to establish the project feasibility, along with value engineering to provide the most cost effective solution for the proposed design. We have been involved with teleconferenced review meetings due to the various locations of the project design team.
