The project consists of the construction of a 4 level Commercial building with 3 levels of below ground basement parking. The building is serviced by a passenger lift and common stairwell to all levels.
The building will have 23 strata commercial office suites on each level ranging from 50 m2 to 200 m2. Each floor is serviced by a passenger lift and central stair well.

Washington Brown has been engaged by the financier to provide project auditing and a full cost management service for the pre contact and during the construction phase.
We have been instrumental in providing expert cost planning, risk management and value engineering advice.
We are providing monthly progress reports and ensure all the required sign off and authority documentation is in place. We are making recommendation for payment to the contactor and assessing the variations.
