Development: House Renovation
The project involved the renovation and extension works of an existing 2 storey Cape Cod style house.
Works involved partial demolition of the existing house, with the integration of a new framed structure and masonry structure. The internal and external finishes were replaced along with new fixtures and fittings throughout. The external works included the addition of an in-ground swimming pool and new landscaping to the front and rear yards.
Washington Brown provided pre-contract cost planning service to our client as well as a full project review prior to construction.
Throughout the construction phase our role included progress reporting, analysis of the builder’s claim, cash-flow forecasting and recommendation for payments.
