Development: Child Care Facility
The project involved the development of a new child care facility to cater for 0 to 5 year old long day care. The centre was constructed on 1 level with extensive external and civil works.
The centre comprised seven different development areas catering for the various age groups constructed within the 700m2 single level building. Central to building was the reception, staff and in house catering facilities.

Washington Brown performed initial feasibility reporting for the proposed works, leading into cost management and certification of monthly progress claims.
