Development: School
The project consists of the construction of a three (3) storey building for primary school to accommodate 450 children including all the facilities and amenities. This building also comprises a basement car-parking level.

Washington Brown is currently providing progress report, analysis on the builder’s claim and cash-flow and full cost management advice during the construction phase after completion of the planning phase.
We have been involved in providing expert cost planning advice, value management, tender and analysis in the pre-construction stage.
