Washington Brown has been involved in reviewing, assessing and reporting on the variations with detailed cost reports each month to ensure the project was to achieve the initial feasibility during the construction phase.
At the beginning of the project, we have been engaged to provide expert cost planning advice, value management, tender and analysis of the building contract.
