The proposed development consists of a 2 storey residential care facility containing 64 beds over basement parking. There are 50 rooms containing 1 bed and 7 rooms containing 2 beds. All rooms consist of an individual bathroom. The proposed building comprises a full commercial kitchen, laundry, dirty rooms, staff office, reception area, WC, hair dresser, lounge, dining, sitting and activities rooms.
