Project description:
The project consists of 62 single bed low & high care ageing in place residential aged care facility spread over 3 levels. Each individual resident room comprises an ensuite. Further, the facility contains a kitchen, laundry, hairdressing, nurses station, cinema, lounge, cafe and other amenities facilities.
Washington Brown's Role:
Washington Brown has been involved in reviewing, assessing and reporting on the variations with detailed cost reports each month to ensure the project was to achieve the initial feasibility during the construction phase.
Further, we have provided the budget estimating, cost planning and value engineering advice for our client in the pre-construction stage.
